At HOVERAir EU, we want you to be fully satisfied with your flight experience; if you are not, you can return your drone within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Please ensure the product is in its original condition with all accessories and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via the HOVERAir EU website or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your HOVERAir drone and all included accessories in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location to be sent to our EU service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
