What is your return policy for HOVERAir products?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Are there any additional customs duties for EU orders?

No, all orders shipped within the European Union include VAT in the purchase price. You will not be charged additional customs duties upon delivery within the EU trade zone.
